True rammage, but that more applies to bluechips, and the rumor and news are months apart from rumor to actualization.

with UBQU, I GET why ballas is pounding PRs every 2 days (with Hemp legalization, and investors BEGGING him for PR back in 2017, and the news Is arguably fluff, but it's good fluff...kinda sweet, kinda tasty, with a dash of hope)
of course, he's now between a rock and a hard place, go silent, investors get really nervous, continue to write fluff, investors say "same ol same ol fluff" and he gets "PR dilution"

however, if I was in his shoes, I'd NOT go silent. This news is probably accurate to our instincts, that UBQU> Hemplife WILL start having a much stronger sales engine.

so I doubt this dump from 7 to 6 was a sell on news. we've had too many news and had 'relatively' slow 50M trading days. I'm going with the payday theory.
