As we have discussed, I have made a settlement with Delaware to pay off our debt to them (THIS IS ALREADY DONE). I will be making this payment before 12/31/18. As also stated I have resolved the 2 outstanding share reservations outstanding which will give us the opportunity to reduce the amt of shares.”
