The need remains for anything that works in sarcoma (#msg-144921709).
The problem is that "sarcoma" is used as an umbrella for a very molecularly diverse set of tumors. I don't think any single drug will work for sarcoma overall.
The TRK inhibitors work incredibly well in sarcoma--but of course patients have to have a mutation in NTRK.
