It looks bad AND it should have ZERO impact on WDDD.
Think of it as a bankrupt company trying to hide assets before declaring bankruptcy or people trying to hide assets from the IRS.
The paper trail is there.

Not only was ATVI on risk for a large part of the infringement, it was offered a license (refused; allowing Treble damages), ATVI will have to 'make good' any impairment on the asset to Bungie which means whatever they do... WDDD gets paid.

I think that's the part we are most concerned with.
