Watched the Glen Campbell movie last night "I'll Be Me". Very sad but really gives a good picture of the decline in cognitive function during the alzheimer's process and things that a family will have to deal with. He's a great example of "cognitive reserve", meaning that he was so talented and music so ingrained in his mind that even though everything around him fell apart, he was still able to function at a higher capacity while on stage for several years. Amazing how the brain can work. For those who haven't been touched by the disease personally, it gives an interesting perspective IMO.
