If LIHT completes all buildings this year that could put us near $ 15 per share.......and $ .20 per share up to $ 15 per share would make LIHT a 75 bagger for the year. I realize that seems like a stretch...but anywhere close to these numbers...should make us a top performer.

Love your analysis LND. I'm sure we all could handle that. Wishful thinking though, but stranger things have been known to happen.
