It is from a published paper. Not hard to find. I take it you are not an Electrical Engineer or in this discipline because if you were, you would certainly know the forums to join to share anything electrical engineering, especially right now since there is so much GE to discuss. In these forums model numbers and serial numbers though not always, do actually pop up in times and get really specific on certain models that interest those EE that are participating in these forums. It is against their TOS to copy and paste, though gaining access is quite easy, if you are an EE.

There is are blatant quality problems that are systemic with this manufacturer. When 15 of 600 plus transformers explode, all the same model, I would personally be visiting the assembly line and the assembly processes.

I have never worked in any capacity for General Electric. Our a Family Trust did have a rather significant position in GE, but much of it was sold between $27 and $25( to the best of my memory) I no longer have what I would consider a significant position in this basically insolvent manufacturer.

So no, never worked for them, never contracted to them, either directly or indirectly, and I am certainly not sitting in a bar.
