2. AS I UNDERSTAND FROM THE VIDEO (QUEUE TO 2 MIN., 17 SEC.), FOLKS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN CANNABIS (I.E. MARIJUANNA) TO NIPTON AND SMOKE IT IT THERE!!!

It is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines and it is also illegal to consume cannabis in public or on federal lands.

3. NIPTON COULD HAVE LARGE WEEKEND OUTDOOR CONCERTS, WITH SEVERAL ROCKS BANDS (LIKE "WOODSTOCK" HAD), WHERE POSSIBLY 1000s COULD ATTEND AND BRING THEIR OWN MJ TO SMOKE AT THE CONCERT!!!

ERBB/CANX has never been given any approval or permits for public consumption.! Public consumption is illegal in California.!

4. NIPTON HAS A LOT OF VACANT LAND THEY COULD SET UP A STAGE IN A FIELD FOR ROCK BANDS TO PERFORM AND FOR CONCERTGOERS TO ATTEND THE CONCERT AND SMOKE THEIR MARIJUANNA!!!

ERBB/CANX does not have the money or personnel to provide the infrastructure for a large festival.! Where is the water? tents? food? security? power? camping? Plus it is illegal to transport cannabis across federal land and Nipton is surrounded by federal land.!
