Look at Item 4. All of a sudden they go forward from the September date of that letter and jump to October and December when those shares were cancelled.

Also, did you notice they sold 160,000 shares in exchange for $55,000.? That comes out to 34 cents a share. My guess is whoever gave them cash is expecting way higher than .34 a share for their trouble.
