NSPR HAS to substantially improve their share price, or do a RS in order to maintain its listing before July. If the PPS goes under .06 they can be immediately delisted.

Call me crazy, but I think "they" are intentionally holding it below .20 and above .06 for a reason... This ethier tanks hard, RS's, or they run it with pre planned news. I personally think they are going to run it up to around .60's and then announce a RS at some point in order to get the delisting issue off their back for longer than a short period of time for improving the SP.
