Lol...they drop this thing like a rock down to .20, then insiders buy @.41 & sell in the 60's while they also get an extension from the exchange until July for improving their share price. Now that those two factors are accomplished they announce a share selling prospectus! Next is the RS proposal. Guarantee the final SP offering will be in the .30's.

Anyone that thinks these penny stock companies and their lenders don't have the game plan laid out months and months ahead of time are clueless indeed! The house always wins, and retail just gets lucky or eventually learns how the games are played.
