IMAGINATION PARK ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

Imagination Park Entertainment Inc.'s shareholders and the Canadian Securities Exchange have approved the change of the company's name to Imagination Park Technologies Inc. The name change will be effective upon opening of the exchange on Jan. 18, 2019. There is no change to the company's symbol.
