The company has no control over investors selling their shares. We can not stop "dilution". At the time investors make their investment, they receive shares in reserve from the transfer agent and when the holding period is up, they have unrestricted access to shares, as per previous agreement.
Additionally, we rely on investors to build our company, it is how we acquired Etelix (IQST) and eventually took it public via a merger. We do understand your concerns but what you must understand is that even though the company has issued a certain amount of shares since 2017, the company has continued to increase book value and earnings per share. We are focused only and completely on building the company and we are confident that our efforts will continue to build shareholder value. We don't focus on short term volatility, we focus on building a company that will create shareholder value in the mid-term. In our humble opinion, you should see MSPC as an investment opportunity, rather than a trade.
I would encourage you to look at our financial statements from 2016 until our last financial statement in 3rd Q of 2018. That is what we are working at.

Best regards,
IR Dept.
