I am betting there will eventually be a R/S for uplisting once the Audits are completed, but do not believe it will be within the first three months. Given past history, doing a R/S immediately to uplist would leave them with a stench once uplisted. Rather, my belief is the audits will come out and the debt will be PR'd as gone. Then they will say they are exploring the best ways to uplist without using R/S and should actually try. During that time, betting on a nice move north to maybe even the 003's. JMHO
