What's really weird about these whole chain of events is that 66 Oilfield services seems to have been created in 2015.

Per JC Houcks obituary

https://legacy.newsok.com/obituaries/oklahoman/obituary.aspx?n=jasper-clyde-houck&pid=121232794

"where he began J.C. Houck Oilfield Service in 1959. After 26 years, he closed the doors on J.C. Houck Oilfield Service and in 1985 began working alongside his oldest son, Glenn, to build Star Pipe Service, Inc."

So the business was closed down in 1985 and Star Pipe Services was created which still does exist.

Per Star Pipe's website

https://www.starpipeservice.com/history

"Star Pipe Service was founded in April of 1985 by Glenn Houck. Glenn was formerly employed by his dad at J.C. Houck Oilfield Service, Inc. J.C. Houck began in the inspection business in 1959. Star Pipe Service began after the closing of J.C. Houck Oilfield Service in 1985"

And the formation per Oklahoma SoS is 2015 for 66 Oilfield

This is all very odd, so the business was closed for over 20 years and then someone gets reinstated with Jim Frazier as the owner and president a vice president who was previously convicted of securities fraud and no members of the Houck family involved.

Needless to say, this is all very strange
