when are you Michigan types gonna give the heave-ho to the dinosaurs like Dingell so the US can get on with formulating 21st century auto fuel consumption standards as part of a sensible national energy policy? That is, since we're now more than halfway through the first decade of that new century.

Call me one of them there crazy treehugger types for saying so, but I find it wholly embarrassing that China has tougher/higher fuel efficiency standards than the U.S. Positively embarrassing.
