$0.0002 is market manipulation. HPNN really should be at no bid, since it really isn't doing any business in any area anymore.

Has no business licenses anywhere. CEO admitted they are no longer doing phones at all (not like the=y ever really did phones)

CEO occasionally puts out a promotional post on social media to help shares get dumped at $0.0001.
