I tested the opposite side of that. I put a bid to sell 100k at .0052 and CDEL pulled their 357,726 down to .0052 from .0053 and never shown my ASK or 100k. So I pulled my ASK and CDEL stayed there for a little while then jumped the same number of shares back to .0058. Essentially, they are not letting anyone sell on the ASK but buying up the loose shares people sell. That is a good sign that this is the new bottom.
