Volume is weak,...surprisingly

How many times have we been let down by a court? I'm not one to have more faith right now just because the plaintiffs have put together what seems to be a winning argument. They've done that a number of times in the past...

Also - with both GSE's having over 50% short position - until those shorts start covering it's going to be difficult to move the price in a positive direction. And the shorts know they have a few more days to price manipulate before they need to cover. Maybe a few more weeks/months based on how the hearing goes.

There is just so much investor fatigue here - seems difficult to really start a run until something definitive happens.
