This isn't gonna move higher, until it does. Watching the ask size slowly reduce isn't gonna move it. It'll move when big buys come in a whack the 6's and 7's in a second and leaving 20-50 million on the bid at 0008 or higher.... or something along the lines of this. Then people will jump in before it's too late for trips.

This probably won't happen without the right news though, unless too much time goes by.
