Hokie. To uplist to OTCQX they can get by with showing 5 million in tangible assets. I believe the N8 Identity deal was 3 million in cash. But that hasn’t went past letter of intent yet. Did they cash out 3 million? Sure seems like they did. Could it be sitting in escrow? Between data443 and Aroloc do they have the rest? Seems like they might. Either way they sure are gaining a lot of partners not to have some quick moves to make. I think you may be surprised in the near future. Blue citi has a few law suits ahead they may find themselves in a little bit of a snag. I see the five digit numbers are popping up again. MM’s. Buying??
