Looks like the original document may have been this Form S-11 from June 19, 2009:

Filed for company: Empire American Realty Trust Inc.

It looks like the twitter poster got confused between Empire American Realty Trust Inc (where the filing is from) and Empire State Realty Trust (the company he linked on twitter).

Then it looks like the company Ezra was involved in changed names to Independence Realty Trust in 2011 and is still listed on the NYSE under ticker IRT.
