I have nothing else to say to you regarding this subject.

However I would be very interested to hear specifics regarding the exposure to Polymet regarding these lawsuits.

My understanding is the lawsuits are over whether the lands were valued fairly. I know the lands were appraised. I know that the lands that the Forest Service received were more valuable than the lands that Polymet received based on this appraisal. I know it takes a higher caliber of appraiser to be chosen to do one of these appraisals. I don’t think these suits have merit and will be struck down.

However.....s happens sometimes and what is the specific exposure to Polymet if the Forest Service loses?
