But will it come alive and stay alive? That’s the question. It pops up every so often and gets to 2s, on rare occasions gets higher then nothing for a long time. There announcement said they were looking for funding but the question still remains will it make it back to where it popped a couple times in previous years. That’s what I’m looking for. Not a bump to 2s then down again for months or years.
