Thank you for keeping a tally on the growing OS.

Like you, I have been trying to figure out when this dilution round will end. The number of shares and conversion rate are needed as you have shown.

I am wondering about the amount of convertible debt, and when the conversions started.

From earlier posts, you stated that the current dilution was based on multiple notes of $240k plus interest. Where did you find this amount? I’ve looked at the last 10k and 10q and can’t quite reconcile it.

Also, when did the conversions start? Was it in November? Thanks for any help.
