Don't give up yet, mate. Who knows what this year may bring?
You've doubtless been an investor for a long time and all of that time bar the post-Montano era has just been a depressing period of squandered opportunities and precipitous decline culminating in the delisting and Montano's ouster. Despite Walhall's fear-mongering about Tauren and its possible impact on Wallen and the company, I have been told that the booting-out of the Montano faction by Calvin Wallen has meant a u-turn for the perception of the company within the industry. The leper has been healed and people who really didn't want to know us have been very eager to do so.
If you listened in on the AGM you will know from the Chairman's statement that things are going on behind the scenes and the board has hopes of good news for long-suffering shareholders this year. Sure, it would be great to have more transparency and public disclosure - we're all impatient for that - but given that Montano has continued to try to bring the company down through litigation by proxy (funded by his wife according to the court filings!), secrecy is probably best in this instance.
Even if there is no listing this year, God forbid, you may well find someone who will buy your shares at that price later in the year as the game will definitely NOT be over for the company.
