I know it's time, but was thinking as an Engineer. Sino had until the end of January. Reports are submitted per contact 10-30 days. So I am looking at the end of Feb/ beginning of March. Hope I am right. If not, then who knows what Falak is doing with PSPW. I spoke with many on the 8K's and holders who are professionals in the CPA field. They feel all material is being finalized for financing and up-list for a ticker change. All we can do is wait and see what Falak next move will be. Best to all!
