That makes absolutely no sense. If O'Connor is working on contingency, and if there was a settlement in CMGO's favor, the attorney's fee is likely a percentage of that total. It would be highly unlikely the case, after four years in court and five other law firms, would be taken for a lower percent.

I believe the attorneys are working on contingency and just recently the lawyer withdrew and Kevin O'Connor took over.

Since he came in so late in the case, just a couple months ago, I expect the fee is much smaller than if he had joined the case from the beginning.
