Yep, troubled Pier 1 never filed BK. I'm still waiting for ANYONE to name a retailer in the past 25 years where common shareholders did well in bankruptcy.

Many other kinds of firms have survived BK. Many brands have carried on. But shareholders in retailing stocks have done terribly in recent years.
