Can it be said that shares are good and worth having when there is proven value behind them?

Yes.

SSOK will sell shares and make buyers think that SSOK is giving them value. Questionable. Look at its so-called news releases. Once, maybe twice has the CEO expressed "shareholder value." We see it in the last PR with the noise regarding SSOK's debt/deficit crisis. And you want more shares?

This is because he just wants to sell shares based on his hype, and worthless shares in fact, while demonstrating cluelessness as to how to run a company. His and SSOK's history proves this true.

He can keep his shares unless he shows true value.

Is the reason why the pps not long ago was near a cent because he had an option to exercise and it was to his advantage to manipulate for the lowest price possible? Then all of a sudden, pps gets away from the cent. How long it sits where it is, moves back to near a cent or higher is yet to be seen.
