Because conditions of Biz contractual relationship was previously released, the expectations or share governance has been established and the market reacted in xyz fashion. Notations were made in filing that if ‘a’ happens, ‘b’ was compensation. So material event has occurred and in writing. So until next filing it’s anyones guess. That being said, within all the BS in filings, current audit firm has described awarded shares yet to be exercised, shares to Jimmy and group in lieu of compensation etc. If it was Bizright there is no way that SGMD would have missed a chance to announce it from the mountain top. Imo only
