I can't imagine the U.S Government employing Philip M Verges. I think he got a GREAT BIG pass from SEC with his West Point credentials. After all his BOGUS companies failed that severed ties within the legitimate business community and government.

Philip is now a pariah in the financial world and his name conjures up mental images of Bernie Madoff and Charles Ponzi.
