Mick it is not that complex...This Company is a Low Floater, that,s Primary. It has basically the same float when it traded at .10 May 2017 and was OTCQB..Yes they had a concept,a brick and mortar location,however s/p was based on speculation,the restaurant was not open...We shareholders are buying near a record low,again based on perception and speculation,however this time as they say... there is more meat on the bone...However you feel about the CEO..He is shrewd,knowledgeable,seasoned with the intricacies of debt and finance negotiations.......TGRR/GREEN
