CBDD...TRUE...we also used to 'free ride' through Canada years ago after they stopped it here. I did it in error and got suspended from trading for 10 days by the SEC. It's when you buy a moving stock and before you pay for it you sell at a higher price and get the profit. lol I was using a 'discount broker' in DC that would fill my order if I put the check in the mail....those were the days.

SO MANY HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN ABOUT THE EVOLUTION OF THIS SUB-PENNY MARKET. I once was a founder and officer in a mining co. in CA where we 'went public', issued certs and could raise up to 2 mil...with next to nothing in the way of reporting or annual reports. We gave shares to a broker for best efforts in selling it (promotional shares) and we kept the rest as 'founders'.lol
