Former CVSI CEO Michael Joseph Mona III, now it’s largest shareholder has a myriad of problems and issues which will and has stopped any potential CVSI Uplist.

Dude, you are doing it again. Care to let us all know who inside the NASDAQ told you this? You can't because no one did. You are speculating so please don't present this stuff as fact when its not.

We touched on this yesterday already.. if all of these complaints and wrong doings are so obviously bad for CVSI then WHY has Nasdaq not yet denied their application? No one knows. No one.

My opinion is that CVSI has done, or is still doing what it takes for Nasdaq to say YES to the application. Remember, they are in a Q&A period right now. One of those questions from CVSI is most likely "What do we have to do to get listed?".

As far as being the largest shareholder, well someone has to be. Often enough its an officer of the company. Remember that being the largest shareholder is not the same as being the majority shareholder. Mona does NOT own greater than 50% of the shares.

A fool and his money is a friend indeed.
