Assume you're talking about the MC and SS as posted on QMKR's octmarket's web page:

Not going to discuss the shortcomings of otcmarket's website, but I believe they can only update the security details when "someone" (either the company or their transfer agent) provides them with an update.

Apparently neither has provided a securities update (the last numbers on their webpage shows that the info on that page was last updated and verified by the transfer agent on 12/18/18).

Think it just may be another indication of a slow moving (but ongoing) process. (Remember they are supposed to change their name and stock symbol as well.) All this stuff takes time.
