What is the big hold up here?

Instead of worrying about reverse splits, INVB should be getting sales and revenues ramped up. I've seen glaciers move faster than Dr. Garvin.

Does he still have a state of the art machine? You know things change and get updated pretty fast in this day and age.

So once more I ask, what's the hold up Dr. Garvin?
