Keep in mind EVERY single shareholder including Retail, Insiders and angle investors are being deluded together. All common & preferred split.

The name of this game is the percentage of ownership, at the end. Hospitals are being bought pennies on the dollar valve, debit is being cut, for pennies on the dollar. Eventually physical assets & earnings will balance out with value based on actual property owned and revenues generated.

Event though no one understands or knowns what management is doing. Remember angle investors are and have dumped 10's of millions in cash into this company. And unless they feel they will end up making money, they would NOT have given them the NOV 8th $1.24 mil cash. Just before the NOV 12th split.
