Reverse Splits are never the answer for shareholders. But yes many shares, many fries. However the stock has been wash cycled 3 times in the last 3 years or so.

So even if there are many shares those shares could be concentrated in just a few investors. If those investors are holding longer term the price could pop without any initial selling pressure.
