Current share price of .003 should work into a $5m valuation of the private company that would merge into TGRR. That would mean we need a company worth more than $5m to reverse merge into TGRR and give us legacy shareholders a 5% stake into the merged company. If the private company is worth more than $5m or we get more than 5% of the combine company we should be seeing higher pps.

I would think we would be seeing a private company worth a minimum of $20m to reverse merge. Anything smaller would be worth taking public due to the additional overhead of the filing requirements. That would work out to a TGRR current share price of .0122. If we got 10% of the newly formed company we would be at .0244. Would produce some nice gains from these levels. Get in now and hold for the ride.
