Honestly this is the first thing I’ve seen that really gives concern. They led us to believe this would “close no later than Jan 15” then on the 16th tell us closing wouldn’t complete until the second quarter. Meanwhile the financing is already closed and clock is ticking on repayment. Would be interested to know why some think this is good news? To my mind, either there’s a problem they aren’t discussing causing the delay, or they were just amateurish in their previous estimate.

Definitely open to other reactions to this PR?
