I think what you meant is the NOTE is done selling and holders aren't selling (shares getting locked up for a bigger move).
MAXM is off the L2.
Another thing to look at is the company updates consistently. Now a company with an SS like this, has stated filings/updates coming, AAAANNND like you said "selling looks done"(no more dilution and holders holding), equates out to BIG potential to make a much bigger move than the first time.
The right recipe to "bag" (as you said) shorts.
