Yeah I had recognized the guy from SDPlex in that pic from Facebook I posted the other day..my thought was that they needed everyone there in person to get acquainted with one another..and likely finalize agreements..sign docs etc.


we shall see...

I am really hoping that the funds raised at .48 to be on the lower end of a valuation they think is reasonable...that way they would allow room for those holders that invested to show instant increases upon going public which would increase overall confidence with that group. They might have pushed the valuation though to get a higher price per share etc...I'm hoping this isn't the case...would be nice if they went the under promise over deliver right off the bat which would have all involved happy at the start.

again we shall see.
