Gogo installed 477 net aircraft in 2018; shares +2.6%

•Gogo (NASDAQ:GOGO) is up 2.6% after its 2018 update, where it announced installation of a net 477 aircraft with satellite technology, the second straight year over 450.

•At year-end the company had 1,296 net commercial aircraft installed with in-flight connectivity.

•That includes 1,007 aircraft installed and activated with 2Ku technology; 252 aircraft on line with Ku technology; and 37 aircraft installed with 2Ku but not yet recorded as Aircraft Online.

•It also has about 1,000 2Ku aircraft in backlog.
