Just assure the purported resignation of Director Paul Strickland was NOT shown in a SPRV Supplemental Disclosure, I re-read all 4 of SPRV's only Supplemental Disclosures, which were posted during September 2018. Guess what I found?

Todd Violette transferred 20,000,000 SPRV Preferred Shares to Paul Strickland on December 6, 2017. Interestingly, Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton's good pal and fellow KGET Board member, Bryan Wayne Geer, was appointed the SPRV CEO in January 2018, one month after the Preferred Shares were transferred to Strickland. Depending on the voting rights associated with Strickland's Preferred Shares, it is entirely possible Paul Strickland has majority voting control of SPRV!

It will take some DD, but finding the conditions of the Preferred Shares might make Strickland's role here at SPRV very interesting!
