If Admin declines to restore a "Request Review" post, then one can assume the moderator made the correct call.

... it seems one moderator in particular simply sees my post does not like it and removes it as being off topic...

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
