Quick question for all: why good or very good news always pushed the price down instead of up while its peer without any good news had already bounced 93% from $0.28 to $0.54? To be fair NSPR should have at least surged to $0.3 (which is almost equals to its both BV and CV) with so many times of good or very good news!

How could a $0.3+ worthy stock (both BV and CV are $0.3) crash to as low as $0.1304? Will yesterday's ridiculous New low $0.1531 be a New bottom supporting price?

Anyway perhaps the company should issue good news after 9:30AM and before 4:00PM which should be positive for the price movement!
