Reading the 8k, with VIE agreement, did they acquire Shenzhen technology company already? Not a huge company but looks like the plan might be to acquire various small Chinese tech companies? Shenzhen is said to be the silicon valley of china. Acquiring a few startups could be a good long term plan.
