POTN Needs more capital (several million) for selling and advertising expenses. Look at the most recent P&L and you will see a significant increase, they also call it out in their report.
POTN is building their brand awareness and geographical foot print. I’m not saying dilution is good, but when used correctly and for certain capital needs it can generate larger returns. This is my opinion, but I believe it’s necessary for the current situation.
