1 for 9000 GRAND DADDY OF UM ALL....the MEGA REVERSE SPLIT...on the FINRA DAILY LIST......EFFECTIVE DATE....Jan 17th, 2019...a DAY THAT WILL GO DOWN IN OTC-VILLE SCAM MASTER and CON JOB HISTORY....one of the greats...

LYING MIKEY (who is a fake persona and a Twitter photo only) is cleaning house for ROUND TWO OF THE BIG SCAM....a fraud on par with the best OTC scams ever played that I've seen...WOLF level stuff...the BIG CON.....

1) LYING MIKEY the con man mick of Cyprus and his front-loading promotional team...including the former CEO fraud of FL...ole Ambrose w/ his 300 MILLION shares he unloaded and attorney fraud LYING Joe Laxague of some mail-stop in Reno and Ziad who's the bunk-mate of LYING MIKEY at the same dump boiler room address in Cyprus...they made likely $10 MILLION PLUS on the front-end OF THIS CON JOB......and NOW....they're gonna finish off the crime....the ole MEGA REVERSE SPLIT in order to dump the preferred shares they issued to themselves....

2) They will run the price up where it will tag $dollars and LYING MIKEY will unload probably half of his 2 MILLION plus preferred shares and bank another $2 million plus likely....the preferred that DO NOT GET SPLIT for a damn good reason (LOL!) and he will keep probably 1 million of them w/ their 1000 to 1 voting rights to the common...this keeping a BILLION VOTING RIGHTS power so that he (or whoever pulls his puppet strings- Ziad the crime master who shares his office in Cyprus likely is the one) ...so that they can never be out-voted or allow any common shareholder votes....etc...

3) THEN...the GRAND PLAN...they will go for GARBAGE GRADE bottom basement FINANCING OF THE WORST KIND...likely TOXIC CONVERTIBLE DEBT OUT THE BUTT...and start to draw large salaries (LYING MIKEY and Ziad and probably a few others- who are "THE COMPANY"..it's VAPOR-WARE and does not even really exist)....probably $300K plus annually each....

AND...and then...begins a PERPETUAL SHARE PRINTING AND DILUTION MACHINE CALLED "WOODCROCK" (wait..."WOODBROKE"....no "WOODCOCK"..I can't remember the name right now...makes no difference..it's a fraud whatever they call it.)....and there ya have it...

SELL SHARES and DILUTE into perpetuity.....oh....and don't worry...the INSTANT THE PRICE GETS SHORTED TO THE DIRT AFTER THIS MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT...they will AMEND THE CORPORATE CHARTER IN NV and re-up the available shares to probably 1 BILLION for starters and go from there...

This is a classic PAPER MILL....SHARE PRINTING MACHINE in the making...

Like CATCH ME IF YOU CAN..Frank Abagnale, Jr. (played by Leonardo DiCaprio in one of the best "CON" movies ever made)..printing bad checks that were cashed for $MILLIONS.....a giant printing press of shares to be DUMPED and DILUTED and the only clowns making bank are a FEW KEY INSIDERS....it's their machine and it's VAPOR-WARE....they likely don't even exist other than a cheap boiler room "office" in Cyprus and a LOGO stolen right out of the Wolf Of Wall Street movie...
